NCSH Quarterly Social Media Campaign: March- April 2025
This campaign’s theme is reducing stigma and normalizing open discussions about sexual health and relationships. No shame – just honest conversations. @NationalCoalitionSexualhealth on Instagram, @NCSH_ on X/Twitter, @TheNCSH on Bluesky, and @NationalCoalitionforSexualHealth on LinkedIn and Facebook!
The campaign contains three parts:
Part 1: Whether it is with friends, family, partners, or healthcare providers, speaking up can lead to increased confidence, healthier relationships, and improved sexual health outcomes.
Part 2: This section features sample social media copy in support of key health observances, holidays, and other cultural milestones that will be taking place over the next three months.
Part 3: This section includes social media graphics to accompany Parts 1 and 2. This part of the document contains links to graphics on Canva which are designed for Instagram but can be reformatted for other social media sites if desired.
The key observances for this quarter include:
- Women’s History Month (March)
- Developmental Disability Awareness Month (March)
- Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and SAAM Day of Action (April 1)

Here's a sample of what you can find in the full campaign:
- #Stigma thrives in silence. The more we avoid discussing #sexualhealth, the more we reinforce shame and fear around it. It's time we open up to protect our health and deepen our connections. Explore why talking about sex matters: https://bit.ly/3VUFIdY
- Your #sexualhealth matters! If you’re not receiving the services you want or need, say something. It’s your body, your health, and your right to be heard. For more tips, visit https://bit.ly/407H2Nd
